A Handbook is available for volunteers, which outlines :

- Health & Safety
- Important daily information
Handbooks may be obtained on request to Anne or the Volunteer Co-ordinator, Heather.
Apart from staffing the gallery itself, there is volunteer input that is very much valued and needed. This includes :
Support of data-base
Practical support and maintenance
Support of Artists in Installation and de-installation of exhibitions
We aim to have regular formal inservice sessions, as well as ‘on the job’ training.
Team meetings for volunteers occur monthly, on the first Tuesday morning of the month at 11:30, and the second Saturday afternoon at 1:30. Volunteers are encouraged to attend either one of these sessions.
Volunteers are given opportunity to discuss issues, explore scenarios, update and review procedures and have input in the processes of the gallery.
The Gallery also encourages involvement by people involved in the “Mutual Obligation” program. More information is obtainable from the Gallery
